General Information- Check-in time: 14h00, Check-out time: 10h00 (amendments on special arrangement possible)
- In case of a later check-out another night is payable.
- Rates per night and apartment (2 people) from NAD 550 on a self-catering basis.
- With pleasure we serve breakfast to your apartment for your private start into the day - please request for your breakfast.
- In case our guests will have visitors it is only allowable with previous announcement. The visitors have to leave the establishment at 10 pm at the latest in terms of security.
- wi-space wireless internet with Telecom voucher (obtainable at reception without surcharge)
- DStv Satellite-TV in each apartment
- Strictly NO smoking in the building
- All beddings and toweling supplied
- No pets allowed
- Each apartment is assured by security.
- Safe on-site parking
- Your booking will be confirmed by paying the agreed deposit or consignment of the Credit Card Authorization. The remaining amount is payable in cash on arrival please.
- Payment by bank transfer in advance or cash (N$, ZAR or Euro on a daily exchange basis) with arrival. Bank transfer to our German account is possible too.
- Cancellation Policy (Days prior to arrival): if cancelled
- up to 36 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- up to 22 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged
- up to 11 days before date of arrival, 75% of all nights will be charged
- if cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.
